Keep up to date with all the latest news happening in school at the moment.
To celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week, the team in school reached out to all our pupils, colleagues and their families at home, to let them know that they are not alone and that we are all thinking of them and here to support if they need us. Wishing our whole School Community a good half term break, Stay Safe.

Oakley School was asked to support the Wingham Project – a project whereby grounded flight crews show the NHS frontline workers their support. They have set up an area in Pembury hospital’s canteen where NHS staff can go and relax during their shift. They are providing them with snacks and drinks but most of all a shoulder to cry on and a pair of ears to listen.
We were asked if any of our pupils would like to paint a picture of a rainbow to display them all around the canteen to brighten the place up and cheer the wonderful front line staff on!
Those pupils who were in week commencing 27th April did just that and attached is a photo of some of the art work on display, sent with thanks for our contribution. BBC news were filming this today so the children’s art work might even be on the TV this week!
