Parent Information Leaflet
Oakley School has identified the challenges families face in sourcing and seeking appropriate support
and settings, for families of children with SEND. Through collaboration with ‘Space2BeMe’ and
parent feedback, Oakley School are pleased to provide this information pack for families. This pack
comprises of all available local support services, trusts and grants, SEN friendly community places
and other relevant additional information.
If you know of other offers in the local community that we have not included, please email
office@oakley.sch.uk with details, and we can add them into this pack. We would like this
information to remain current, appropriate and successful.
