Oakley pupils learn all about Islam
Friday, 9th February was Term 3's R.E. Day at Oakley School and the theme was Islam.
During the day pupils learnt about Muslim Beliefs and the Five Pillars of Islam. Key Stage 3 pupils also built mosques from recycled materials and Key Stage 4 pupils visited the local mosque in Tunbridge Wells, which both pupils and staff found very interesting.
Everyone came together at the end of the day to share what they had learnt and to show off their mosque making skills!
